Yes, we ship to all 50 countries in Europe. Prices differ for each country, so please feel free to ask and we will tell you the price for each country.
We will use whatever packaging you require, whether that be boxes or mailers, custom packaging, custom tape, custom box inserts — we will use whatever you need.
No, there is no minimum shipping amount. We help all businesses, no matter what size and what need you require.
Yes, we process all returns. We will check the item when it is returned then we will ask you what you would like doing next, whether that be restocking the item or disposing of it as it is not able for resale. All returns have a standard fee of £1.50.
No, not at all. We will have a chat with you about your products and what services you require. You then send your products into us. We store them properly, set you up on our up-to-date software where you can track all your products — and that’s it. We will handle the rest.
